(b) Effective as of June 28, 2010, Mr. Randolfo Rivera-Sanfeliz, Executive Vice President and Wholesale Banking Executive, is no longer an employee of the Corporation. As a result of the ongoing reorganization of the Corporation, management of the corporate banking area has been consolidated with other businesses and activities led by the current senior management team.
