(1)	During the first quarter of 2021, three criticized commercial loan participations totaling $28.2 million were transferred to held for sale. These transfers resulted in charge-offs of $0.7 million in the first quarter of 2021. Two of these participations totaling $24.0 million were sold during the first six months of 2021.
