SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE M – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The date to which events occurring after December 31, 2022, the date of the most recent balance sheet, have been evaluated for possible adjustments to the financial statements or disclosure is March 20, 2023, which is the date of which the financial statements were available to be issued. There are no subsequent events that would require an adjustment to the financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
