On April 22, 2016, the Company announced the declaration of its regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2016.

BLOOMINGDALE, IL – April 22, 2016 — PCTEL, Inc.
