On November 16, 2012, PCTEL, Inc. announced an increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.035 per share of its commons stock. The quarterly dividend had been $0.03 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2013. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

PCTEL Increases Quarterly Dividend From $.03 to $.035
$.14 Annual Dividend Represents 2.25 Percent Yield
Bloomingdale, IL November 16, 2012 PCTEL, Inc. (NASDAQ: PCTI), a leader in simplifying wireless and site solutions for private and public networks, announced today that the PCTEL Board of Directors had approved a 16.6 percent increase in the companys regular quarterly dividend to $0.035 per share on its common stock. The quarterly dividend had been $.03 per share. This dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 8, 2013.
