10. STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY:

In November 2005, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase plan allowing our company to repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares of our common stock. Under the plan, we may buy back common stock from time to time in the open market or in privately negotiated blocks, dependent upon various factors, including price and availability of the shares, and general market conditions. Through September 30, 2014, we had purchased an aggregate of 790,900 shares of common stock under the plan for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $15.8 million.
