Item 5.02(b)  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    On April 7, 2008, Internap Network Services Corporation (the "Company"), announced that Vincent Molinaro, chief operating officer, is leaving the Company to pursue other interests. The Company and Mr. Molinaro anticipate that Mr. Molinaro will remain as an employee of the Company during a transition period through June 30, 2008.
