On November 22, 2021, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that the Board had declared a special dividend for the third quarter of 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Mannatech Declares Special 2021 Dividend

(Flower Mound, Texas) November 22, 2021–Mannatech, Incorporated(NASDAQ: MTEX), a global health and wellness company committed to transforming lives to make a better world, announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $1.70per share of common stock, payable on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. This dividend combines the quarterly dividend amount of $0.20 per share with a special dividend amount of $1.50 per share and demonstrates the Company's commitment to rewarding shareholders and encouraging long-term investment in Mannatech’s common stock.
