COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments The Company maintains supply agreements with its suppliers and manufacturers. Some of the supply agreements contain exclusivity clauses and/or minimum annual purchase requirements. In November 2016, the Company entered into a four-year supply agreement to purchase an aloe vera powder in whole leaf aloe form and an aloe vera gel extract from Natural Aloe de Costa Rica, S.A. The agreement changed from a 2 year auto-renew to 1 year and extended until November 2021 with a 6 month transition period. As of December 31, 2020, the Company is required to purchase an aggregate of $7.8 million through 2022. Failure to satisfy minimum purchase requirements could result in the loss of exclusivity. Royalty and Consulting Agreements The Company utilizes royalty agreements with individuals and entities to provide compensation for items relating to developed products, websites and emails provided to our associates. The Company paid royalties of $0.1 million for each of the years ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively. Employment Agreements The Company has non-cancelable employment agreements with certain executives. If the employment relationships with these executives were terminated, as of December 31, 2020, the Company would continue to be indebted to the executives for $0.4 million, payable through 2021.
