INCOME TAXES	8. INCOME TAXES During the quarter and nine months ended September 29, 2013, our income tax provision included rate adjustments and the benefit of the reversal of state tax reserves relating to the favorable settlements of state tax audits and state statute lapses. During the quarter and nine months ended September 23, 2012, our income tax provision included the benefit of the reversal of state tax reserves relating to the favorable settlements of state tax audits and state statute lapses. These reserve reversals are the primary driver of the effective benefit rates for each period presented in 2012.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
