INCOME TAXES	8. INCOME TAXES During the six months ended June 30, 2013, our income tax provision included rate adjustments and state tax settlements that occurred during the quarter ended March 31, 2013. During the quarter and six months ended June 24, 2012, our income tax provision included the benefit of the reversal of state tax reserves relating to the favorable settlements of state tax audits and state statute lapses. These reserve reversals are the primary driver of the effective benefit rates for each period presented in 2012.
