Stock-Based Compensation We have various stock incentive plans, which allow us to issue stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted shares, restricted stock units, performance awards and other awards. Stock-based compensation is discussed more fully in Note 14 to the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2014. For the three months ended April 30, 2014 and 2013, we recognized approximately $23,000 and $22,000, respectively, of stock-based compensation expense. These amounts include expense related to incentive stock options, non-qualified stock options, and restricted stock units. As of April 30, 2014, we had 298,396 shares available to grant as stock-based compensation awards under our various stock incentive plans.

2. Stock-Based Compensation
