On January 24, 2007, Broadcom Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel notified Broadcom that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq requirement relating to the filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has evidenced compliance with all other Nasdaq Marketplace Rules. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
