Related-Party Transactions CRA made payments to shareholders of CRA who performed consulting services exclusively for CRA in the amounts of $11.6 million, $10.2 million, and $6.1 million in fiscal 2015, fiscal 2014, and fiscal 2013, respectively. These payments were to exclusive non-employee experts for consulting services performed for CRA's clients in the ordinary course of business.
