On May 24, 2012, Heritage Commerce Corp (the “Company”), held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Shareholders Meeting”). There were 26,286,501 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the meeting and a total of 22,303,329 shares were represented at the meeting.
