On May 14, 2015, Red Lion Hotels Corporation corrected the address for the location of its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Red Lion Hotels Corporation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in the RLHC Design Center, located at 1550 Market Street, Suite 500 Denver, Colorado 80202.

The Notice and Proxy Statement previously distributed to shareholders is amended only to reflect the correction to the meeting location address.
