The fair value of the Company’s senior unsecured notes maturing January 13, 2021 is $103.0 million at March 31, 2017 compared to the carrying value net of debt issuance costs of $94.7 million, which is listed under long-term debt in the consolidated balance sheet. Fair value is calculated based on Level 2 inputs.
