Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 15 – Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration. On October 24, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company approved and declared a regular cash dividend of one cent ($0.01) per share of common stock to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2011, payable on November 21, 2011. The Company has paid cash dividends in each of the 54 quarters since the Company’s conversion to public ownership.
