Enclosed is the report for the period from January 26, 2002 to February 22, 2002
for World Monitor Trust--Series C ('Series C'). The net asset value of an
interest as of February 22, 2002 was $72.26, a decrease of 8.24% from the
January 25, 2002 value of $78.75. The calendar year-to-date return for Series C
was a decrease of 3.23% as of February 22, 2002.

The estimated net asset value per interest as of March 13, 2002 was $79.18.
