Enclosed is the report for the period from March 31, 2001 to April 27, 2001 for
the World Monitor Trust--Series C ('Series C'). The net asset value of an
interest as of April 27, 2001 was $91.88, a decrease of 2.52% from the March 30,
2001 value of $94.26. The year-to-date return for Series C was a decrease of
1.50% as of April 27, 2001.

The estimated net asset value per interest as of May 14, 2001 was $88.03. Past
performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
