Enclosed is the report for the period from January 29, 2000 to February 25, 2000
for World Monitor Trust--Series C ('Series C'). The net asset value of an
interest as of February 25, 2000 was $82.36, a decrease of 13.80% from the
January 28, 2000 value of $95.55. The year-to-date return for Series C was a
decrease of 14.19% as of February 25, 2000.

The estimated net asset value per interest as of March 15, 2000 was $74.51. Past
performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
