For the three months ended December 31, 2004, the Company reported revenues of $20.9 million versus $20.2 million reported in the comparable period in 2003, an increase of 3.3%. The Company generated $1.7 million in cash flows from operations for the quarter. Earnings per share for the three months ended December 31, 2004 was breakeven versus a loss of $0.89 in the comparable period of 2003. For the year ended December 31, 2004, the Company recorded revenues of $78.3 million, an increase of 4.8% over the $74.7 million reported in the year ended December 31, 2003. Innotrac produced $9.9 million in cash flows from operations for 2004 compared to $3.8 million produced in 2003. Net income for 2004 was $110,000 or $.01 per share, compared to a net loss of $12.0 million or $1.04 per share in 2003. "Innotrac's 2004 financial results reflect the Company's progress towards achieving management's strategic objectives.
