Dottore the Receiver to the assets of IPOF, L.P., an Ohio limited partnership (&quot;IPOF&quot;) and certain affiliates of IPOF (collectively, the &quot;IPOF Funds&quot;).  The assets of the IPOF Funds include 4,092,435 shares of Common Stock of Innotrac Corporation (the &quot;Company&quot;). Pursuant to the Second Order dated December 1, 2005, the Court determined that as Receiver of the assets of the IPOF Funds, Mr. Dottore was to administer such assets, including the 4,092,435 shares of Common Stock of the Company, with the same rights and powers as a general partner in a limited partnership pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1782 Limited Partnerships and otherwise under the laws of the State of Ohio.</footnote>
