PRIOR YEAR FINANCIAL STATEMENT PRESENTATION The value of total operating expenses presented on the prior year consolidated statement of operations was misstated due to a clerical error. The value of each operating expense included in the value of total operating expenses was properly presented. The value of total operating expenses presented of $82,198 was incorrect. The correct value of total operating expenses, as presented in this report, for the year ended December 31, 2010 is $82,123. The amounts for operating income, income before taxes and net income were correctly presented in the prior year consolidated statement of operations.

The entire disclosure for reporting accounting changes and error corrections. It includes the conveyance of information necessary for a user of the Company's financial information to understand all aspects and required disclosure information concerning all changes and error corrections reported in the Company's financial statements for the period.
