It is anticipated the Company’s net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 will be approximately $245,000 compared to a net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2007 of $1,001,000. This decrease is primarily because the Company elected on April 4, 2007 to relocate their corporate headquarters to Bowling Green, KY in order to decrease overhead, consolidate operations and reduce the number of personnel on staff. This resulted in a significant decrease in general and administrative expenses. There were also reductions in exploration expenses, marketing expenses, lease operating expenses, impairment and abandonment costs, and depreciation, depletion, and amortization expense for the nine months ended September 30, 2008 as compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2007 which helped reduce the Company’s net loss.
