The registrant has filed this Form 12b-25 to notify the Commission that it was unable to timely file its Form 10-QSB for the period ended March 31, 2007 (the “10-QSB”). The registrant is in the final stages of completing its Form 10-QSB for the period. Management has been working diligently to complete the Form 10-QSB and expects it to be filed within the time allowed by this extension.

		It is anticipated the Company’s net loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 will be significantly less than the prior year’s quarter ended March 31, 2006. This is primarily because the Company will not be required to recognize any stock based compensation in the quarter ended March 31, 2007. In addition, there were reductions in exploration expenses, marketing expenses, depreciation, depletion, and amortization expenses in the first quarter of 2007 as compared to the first quarter of 2006, which helped reduce the Company’s net loss. A reasonable estimate of the reduction in net losses cannot be made at this time because the Company has not finalized its statement of operations for the period.
