A year ago, we told you we faced headwinds arising from increased risk management spends, higher FDIC premiums, and the effects of stock market volatility on wealth revenue. We also told you that despite these headwinds, we would continue to create shareholder value. We did so, as 2016 results included record earnings, reflecting double digit growth from 2015’s results. • PGC stock – up 50% . • Growth in net income – up 33% or $6.5 million. • Growth in EPS – up 24% or $0.31. • Wealth assets under administration – grew 11% to $3.7 billion. • Wealth management fee income – comprised 15% of total revenue and contributed significantly to the diversified revenue sources. • Total non - interest income – (including wealth management fee income) comprised approximately 23% of total revenue. • Total assets – grew 15% to $3.9 billion. • Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans – grew 24% to $637 million. • Multifamily – portfolio managed down from 50% of total loans to 44%, through asset sales and participations totaling $235 million.
