Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 23, 2019, in connection with a management reorganization, Lisa P. Chalkan was named Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Credit Officer.  As part of the reorganization, Timothy Doyle will assume the role of Chief Credit Officer from Chief Risk Officer and Maureen Hemhauser will expand her role of Head of Compliance to include Chief Risk Officer.
