(the "Company") issued $365,010,000 face amount of commercial mortgage related securities in a non-recourse financing ("HY2"), through two of its affiliates, Anthracite 2005-HY2 Ltd. and Anthracite 2005-HY2 Corp. $240,134,000 face amount of senior investment-grade notes were issued and sold in a private placement. A subsidiary of the Company retained the Class E Notes, the subordinate below-investment grade notes and the preferred shares of Anthracite 2005-HY2 Ltd. The table below sets forth further information with respect to the structure of HY2.
