On May 12, 2005, WJ Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release related to its financial results for the quarterly period ended April 3, 2005. A copy of the Company’s Press Release and the financial statements which were included in the Press Release, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Report on Form 8-K.
