Cash paid by the Company for taxes was $8,966, $8,135 and $4,928 for the years ended September 30, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. In conjunction with the Company's fiscal 2013 incentive compensation (bonus) payments, non-cash stock awards of 31,788 shares of the Company's common stock were issued on December 11, 2013 at a fair value of $775.
