NOTE 13. COMMON STOCK

The Company issued common stock for total net proceeds of $29.9 million during the three months ended March 31, 2023. Most of these issuances came through the Company's sales agency agreements under which the sales agents may offer and sell new shares of common stock from time to time. Under these sales agency agreements, the Company issued 0.7 million shares during the three months ended March 31, 2023. The Company has board and regulatory authority to issue a maximum of 5.6 million shares under these agreements, of which 1.6 million remain unissued as of March 31, 2023.
