When an entity has a net loss, it is prohibited from including potential common shares in the computation of diluted per share amounts. Accordingly, we have utilized basic shares outstanding to calculate both basic and diluted loss per share for the three months ended December 31, 2017. The number of potential anti-dilutive shares excluded from the calculation was 255,306 shares. For the three months ended December 31, 2018, the average price of our common shares exceeded the exercise price of all of our outstanding options; therefore, all of our outstanding stock options were included in the computation of fully diluted earnings per share.
