401(k) and Retirement Plans	8. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS 401(k) Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in its 401(k) savings plans. During the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, we recognized $485 and $315, respectively, in matching expense. During the six months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, we recognized $914 and $459, respectively, in matching expense. Post Retirement Benefit Plans Certain individuals at one of the Company’s locations are entitled to receive fixed annual payments pursuant to post retirement benefit plans. We had an unfunded benefit liability of $775 recorded as of March 31, 2018, and $815 as of September 30, 2017, related to such plans.
