401(k) and Retirement Plans	8. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS 401(k) Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in its 401(k) savings plans. During the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, we recognized $199 and $105, respectively, in matching expense. During the six months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, we recognized $278 and $183, respectively, in matching expense. Post Retirement Benefit Plans Certain individuals at one of the Company’s locations are entitled to receive fixed annual payments pursuant to post retirement benefit plans. We had an unfunded benefit liability of $872 recorded as of March 31, 2016 and September 30, 2015, respectively, related to such plans.
