401(k) and Retirement Plans	8. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS 401(k) Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in its 401(k) savings plans. During the three months ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, we recognized $78 and $84, respectively, in matching expense. Post Retirement Benefit Plans Certain individuals at one of the Company’s locations are entitled to receive fixed annual payments pursuant to post retirement benefit plans. We had an unfunded benefit liability of $862 recorded as of December 31, 2014 and $853 as of September 30, 2014, related to such plans.
