19. DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS

In 2011, we initiated the closure of all or portions of our Commercial & Industrial and Communications facilities in Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada and Texas. Since designating these facilities for closure we have sub-leased or terminated our lease contracts for these facilities. We have satisfied substantially all of our contracts through either subcontracting or self-performance. We have completed the wind down of these facilities as of September 30, 2013. Results from operations of these facilities for the years ended September 30, 2014, 2013, and 2012 are presented in our Consolidated Statements ofComprehensive Income as discontinued operations.

The components of the results of discontinued operations for these facilities are as follows:
