On March 14, 2019, Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.13 per share on the Company’s common stock for the first quarter of 2019. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Anworth Declares a $0.13 Per Share First Quarter Common Stock Dividend
SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2019--Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE: ANH) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.13 per share for the first quarter of 2019. The common stock dividend is payable on April 29, 2019 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 29, 2019.
