Subsequent Events	NOTE 15: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events occurring after the balance sheet date. Based on this evaluation, the Company has determined that no subsequent events, except for the matter discussed below, have occurred which require disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On May 7, 2013, Duane W. Albro, notified the Company of his resignation, effective immediately, from the Board of Directors.
