(1)    Reflects refundable deposits on expected purchases, primarily of rental equipment, pursuant to advanced purchase agreements. Such deposits are presented as a component of our cash flow from operations when paid. We expect to purchase and receive the equipment in 2021. During the three months ended March 31, 2021, we placed deposits of $50 and purchased $61 of equipment that we had placed deposits on.

(2)    Reflects reimbursements due for advertising that promotes a vendor’s products or services.
