Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 1, 2010, Central European Distribution Corporation (the “Company”) received notice of the resignation of Sergey Kupriyanov from his position on the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Kupriyanov’s resignation was effective immediately. Mr. Kupriyanov has served as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors since March 2008. Mr. Kupriyanov did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
