Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 3, 2008, Central European Distribution Corporation (the “Company”) held an investor conference call at which the Company reaffirmed its net sales and earnings per share guidance and discussed current operations of the business. A copy of the transcript of the call is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for the purposes of Item 7.01 disclosure. The transcript has been selectively edited to facilitate the understanding of the information communicated during the conference call.
