On November 29, 2007, Central European Distribution Corporation (“CEDC”) will make a presentation at the ING 10^th Annual EMEA Forum in Prague. In that presentation, CEDC will reiterate its full year 2007 and 2008 fully diluted earnings per share and net sales guidance. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
