On May 19, 2006, William V. Carey, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Central European Distribution Corporation, will speak at the UBS CEE Senior Management Conference in London, England. On June 1, 2006, Mr. Carey will speak at the Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein 2006 Global Beverage Conference in Milan, Italy. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the PowerPoint slides that Mr. Carey will present during his speeches.
