Note 14. Subsequent Events

In April 2021, we completed an underwritten public offering of 8,250,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $2.70 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering were $22.3 million. Of these proceeds, we received approximately $20.3 million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and legal and other fees. The proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and working capital.
