The Company currently anticipates that it will make approximately $4 million in cash contributions to its pension plans in 2020, consisting of $3 million to its non-U.S. pension plans and $1 million to its U.S. pension plans. For the three months ended March 31, 2020, cash contributions of approximately $1 million were made to the non-U.S. plans and an insignificant amount to the U.S. plans.
