On June 25, 2021, Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Guaranty Bank, announced a dividend per common share of $0.15 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2021. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2021 to stockholders of record on July 6, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1

SPRINGFIELD, MO – (June 25, 2021) –Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., (NASDAQ: GFED), the holding company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a dividend per common share of $0.15 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2021.
