Statement on Support from its Board of Directors on the Vaccine Donation Plan

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TSMC outlined the potential elements of a plan for donating vaccines at its June Board of Directors meeting, and, after a thorough discussion, received support from the Board. Since uncertainties remain with the procurement of the vaccines, the Company will officially propose to the Board to ratify the purchase after the procurement details are confirmed, and then make a public disclosure in accordance with relevant rules.
