Postponement of 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

 

 

 

 

 

 

Due to the recent COVID-19 situation in Taiwan, and pursuant to the instruction announced by Financial Supervisory Commission's on May 20, 2021, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd. (“the Company”) (NYSE:TSM) hereby postpones the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting originally scheduled on June 8, 2021. However, the original book-closure dates, and deadlines for the solicitation of proxies and electronic voting remain the same.

 

The information for the new Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be resolved by the Board of Directors.
