2019 Submission Period

This is to announce that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd’s (“the Company”) (NYSE:TSM) 2019 Submission Period applicable to ADR holders of the Company for the submission of proposed resolutions for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and nomination of candidates for independent director will start from April 2 to April 9, 2019 (Note).
